Ciao!

After buying the house and completing the process, I was looking forward to spending some quality time in the house itself and relaxing.

Heading over in February, I was looking forward to spending my first Winter months in Italy and Arpino.

Once on our travels, we boarded the plane, took off and managed to get some great pics along the way like this.

Once in Arpino, we started to plan our days including some personalisation work on the house. Purchasing the necessary tools and equipment we needed from the local shops, which supports the local community. Also, it was a great way to meet people and improve my Italian!

After getting everything we needed and spending sometime working on the house, there were other features of the house we were looking forward to using, such as the fire place.

Relaxing and having a drink next to the fire is the best way to finish the day.

Once some of the work was done it was time for some more exploring. I try to use different routes to and from the house, it’s a great way to see different property, people and also this guy.
